Wall Bracing: I-Beams
Description
Foundation problems have many solutions, and Keating Mud Jacking can find the one that is best suited for your home or business. Bulging basement walls can be straightened or held in place using steel I-Beams, Deadman Anchors, or helical tiebacks.
STEP 1
The house is raised off the foundation with shoring jacks, holes are cut in the floor with a jack-hammer, and I-Beams are placed in the holes.

STEP 2
Jacks are placed in-between the I-Beams and the shoring.

STEP 3
After the wall has been leveled, the I-Beams are secured in place using the appropriate method of bracing.
